Sharon Kamel

I have over 3 decades accumulative expertise in business, early years childcare, parenting, leading, coaching, education, products, with proven track record in the UK & internationally. I have been a business owner as well as a consultant, seminar/training delivery, coach/mentor, throughout those 30 years.

As a natural entrepreneur, inventor and creator, I thrive when I have the opportunity to flex my brain and find solutions and creative responses to any challenge.

The passion I have for the childcare field has driven me in many projects but is not the sole direction of my expertise.

As a consultant for small or large enterprise I am able to apply years of experience, alongside so many innovative creative & passionate people in ways that can impact others lives, careers and businesses.

My qualifications and experience have allowed me to combine the knowledge of my specialist industry, with very proven techniques in sales, communication, marketing, work/life balance and general well being for individuals as well as families and businesses.

Consistently proven results with staff in both my own business and for others, demonstrates that the combination of education and coaching/mentoring skills I have can be used across any enterprise.

I insist on working ethically, with wisdom care and integrity. I want my work and my products to be considered of value to others and the world in general. There is always something more you can do.

I am creative and commercially aware as well as being a solution thinker who is capable of managing any single or multi-project from conception to implementation and ongoing. I have for many years managed multiple businesses demands across industries, at the same time using a combination of hands on and remote approaches.
