Training and Mentoring

Continuous professional development and staying updated are part of every early years professional’s life. Not only is it a requirement that skills are kept current, it is a professional duty of care that any person working with children is in the best condition to do so throughout their careers.

Training is a direct way of gaining additional knowledge or refreshing the knowledge already gained via experience. Training can be carried out in many practical ways, face to face, online, on-site, as home based learning, among groups in a seminar or workshop, or individually.

Mentoring is useful for those who require specialist advice and guidance and support throughout the process of developing either personally, professionally or practically.

All levels of employee can be supported or if you are working for yourself and you feel you need the more specialised structure of a tailor made package, then please get in touch.

There are no silly questions and we will be working together on the answers.
